Thank you so much for the great review! We’re glad our team could help confirm the right components before ordering and provide clear guidance when your technical question came up. It’s especially great to hear the cart is already performing noticeably better than it did with the lead-acid batteries. We truly appreciate your business and hope you enjoy the completed build!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it was to request a cancellation shortly after the order was placed and still have the part ship. Once you confirmed the cancellation request, our team immediately contacted the manufacturer to try to stop the order. Unfortunately, it had already been locked into their shipping process and could no longer be cancelled. Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers and distributors, cancellation requests are not always guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment, even when they are submitted quickly. As soon as we learned the shipment could not be stopped, we let you know and offered to help process a return once the part arrived. We understand that this was not the outcome you wanted, and we’re sorry the experience left you dissatisfied with our customer service. We appreciate the opportunity to explain what happened transparently and remain available to assist with the return process.
