Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the kit arrived quickly and that Eco Battery was ultimately able to provide the correct throttle adapter, but we understand why the support process left you frustrated. Your complete technical support ticket, including the requested photos, was received on July 7. Because the adapter provided did not match your cart’s throttle connector, our technicians needed to confirm the correct part with Eco Battery rather than risk giving you incorrect wiring instructions or recommending that you splice anything without verification. As explained in our technical support FAQ, our team aims to respond within one business day, although timing can vary depending on current support volume. Since we are not the manufacturer of most products we sell, some cases also require manufacturer involvement, which can affect the resolution time. Our technician contacted you on July 9 to confirm that we were working directly with Eco Battery, and Eco responded that same day advising that you needed the A-4173 adapter and that they would send it directly once they gathered the necessary information from you. That said, we agree that once Eco Battery confirmed they had you covered, our technician should have followed up to verify that the replacement had shipped and that you were back up and running. That follow-up did not happen, and the technician involved has been spoken with so we can help prevent the same communication gap moving forward. Our Head of Customer Care also attempted to reach you by phone and left a voicemail to discuss the experience directly. We’re sorry that the lack of final follow-up made you feel unsupported after Eco became involved. We appreciate the honest feedback and remain available to help with any additional questions about the kit or installation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it was to request a cancellation shortly after the order was placed and still have the part ship. Once you confirmed the cancellation request, our team immediately contacted the manufacturer to try to stop the order. Unfortunately, it had already been locked into their shipping process and could no longer be cancelled. Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers and distributors, cancellation requests are not always guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment, even when they are submitted quickly. As soon as we learned the shipment could not be stopped, we let you know and offered to help process a return once the part arrived. We understand that this was not the outcome you wanted, and we’re sorry the experience left you dissatisfied with our customer service. We appreciate the opportunity to explain what happened transparently and remain available to assist with the return process.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that the overall experience fell short of what you expected. Even when the individual issues are explained or resolved, we understand that several inconveniences together can leave a disappointing impression. Regarding the charging cord, Eco Battery does not include one with this conversion kit, which is why it was not listed as part of the bundle. We do include it among the recommended add-ons, but we understand how easy it would be to assume everything needed to begin charging would be included with a complete conversion kit. A branded Eco Battery cord is not required, but we recognize that having to locate and purchase one separately still delayed your installation. We’re also sorry the MODZ wheels and tires were unavailable despite appearing in stock. MODZ was unable to provide us with a consistently reliable inventory feed, and we have since stopped carrying the brand. Once we learned the items were unavailable, our team contacted you promptly, removed them before your card was charged, and offered available alternatives. We understand that needing to place another order elsewhere was still an inconvenience. Our 20% restocking fee is disclosed in our return policy and is lower than the 25–30% commonly charged by many manufacturers and golf cart retailers. Even as some manufacturers have increased their fees, we have kept ours at 20% to avoid passing the full increase along to our customers. That said, we understand that any fee on unopened merchandise can be frustrating. Customer service is our highest priority, and we hate to hear that you would not feel comfortable shopping with us again. We appreciate the opportunity to receive honest feedback and to explain the circumstances transparently. Your comments also help us identify where product details and expectations can be made clearer for future customers.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the arm rests. We’re sorry the installation was frustrating and that the mounting holes did not line up with the holes from your previous arm rests. To clarify, these arm rests are listed as a universal mount for steel/aluminum rear seats, which means they are designed to work across a wide range of rear seat kits. However, universal fitment does not always mean the holes will match every existing mounting pattern, especially if the previous arm rests were from a different brand or made specifically for that seat kit. After reviewing the situation, our team explained that new mounting holes may be needed for installation. We understand that is not the answer you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Our technicians are still available to help however needed if you have any questions during installation, and we always want customers to feel supported even when a universal product requires some adjustment during install.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration with the lead time on your golf bag attachment. We completely understand how disappointing it is to place an order and then find out the wait may be longer than expected. To be transparent, this item ships through the manufacturer, and their lead times can change or be extended outside of our control. MnM Vehicles is currently experiencing a significant lead time, which we do have noted on the site. That said, we did reach out several times to try to help resolve this for you, including offering to swap the order to an alternative part that was in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a response back. We’re still happy to help if you would like to move forward with an available option or discuss the best next step.

Hi Eric. Oh no! Really sorry about that. Know that us not calling you back wasn't intentional. If you're still having any issues with your Navitas kit, let me know and our tech Ryan can call you back right after Labor Day. We also have a great relationship with Navitas, so if we can't solve it; we can reach out to our contact there. Just let me know. We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you. - Martin ([email protected])
