Thanks for taking the time to give is a review! Fedex is always known to throw us a curveball.
Great customer service and quick delivery. I had ordered batteries from another vendor and after two weeks they still hadn’t shipped. I needed new batteries by the weekend as we had guests coming. I called on a Monday and spoke with Ryan. He checked to see if they could do a rush order and ship them that day. They shipped that day and arrived on Wednesday!! I was very grateful for the quick turnaround, the fast delivery and most importantly the customer service. All around an excellent experience and we will be getting all of our golf cart upgrades from them in the future.

Had a warranty issue and the original equipment manufacturer was a little slow getting back to me. Got Extreme Kartz involved and issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. They also offer good advice over the phone.

Absolutely plan to buy from Extreme Kartz again. I purchased a handful of items for a new/used cart I bought. Everything I ordered was exactly as pictured. Great prices and over all best deal after I did a lot of shopping and comparing. Good quality products and fast delivery.
