I ordered a golf bag attachment two weeks ago. I inquired about when it would arrive and was told it could be another 6-8 weeks. The long wait period was not evident when i ordered it

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration with the lead time on your golf bag attachment. We completely understand how disappointing it is to place an order and then find out the wait may be longer than expected. To be transparent, this item ships through the manufacturer, and their lead times can change or be extended outside of our control. MnM Vehicles is currently experiencing a significant lead time, which we do have noted on the site. That said, we did reach out several times to try to help resolve this for you, including offering to swap the order to an alternative part that was in stock and ready to ship. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a response back. We’re still happy to help if you would like to move forward with an available option or discuss the best next step.
Ryan was amazing in making sure that I got the right Navitas controller for my cart.

Extreme Kartz has been extremely helpful when it came to replacing my old batteries with the new lithium. Price was awesome (even has military discounts), delivery was spot on, and when I had questions, they right there for me. I would and will use extremekartz.com again for all my golf cart needs.

Now I get an email saying they are shipping and charging me for another dash cover. This is bullshit

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the duplicate shipping email. We completely understand why receiving that message would be frustrating and concerning. After speaking with you by phone, we confirmed that the email was sent in error. Only one dash cover was charged, and only one dash cover was shipped. We’re sorry for the confusion that caused, but we’re glad we were able to connect directly and clear it up. We’re always here to help however needed, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to look into it and make sure everything was correct.
