They took longer than expected and left some packing materials behind. They did apologize, though.

Nathan, we apologize if we didn't quite hit the mark with the packing materials. That should never happen, as we want every move to be as clean and stress-free as possible. Please reach out to our office so we can help.
Moving cross-country was a breeze with these guys. Everything arrived intact and on schedule. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to take care of this for you and resolve this issue. We are glad you are happy now, and we thank you for updating the review.
I just had a small one-bedroom apartment to move. They showed up, loaded everything quickly, and we were done in a couple of hours. Not perfect—some boxes were placed in the wrong room—but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for something fast and relatively hassle-free.

They stayed patient even when I changed my mind about furniture placement a couple of times.
