My passport process while working on the government site deviated from their directions, but between having a good set of instructions from express passport coupled with some good help from the passport official at the post office, we made it through and express passport did the rest. The only complaint I would make is that they often answer the phone to just put you on hold for a long wait. If not for that, I would rate this company a 5+, but because my questions couldn't be answered quickly due to long hold times, I am going to go with a 4. (They could really use a receptionist or something!) All in all, though, a fantastic experience.
