We are thrilled to hear you had a great time with us on your month-long trip to Vietnam, Myanmar and China, and that you were pleased with most aspects of your trip. As we strive to make every aspect of every Explorient vacation perfect, we apologize that one of our guides need not exceed your expectations. Our customer service team will be contacting you very shortly to discuss this in greater detail. In any event, we do greatly appreciate this feedback as it enables us to ensure the highest quality service possible and address any issues we would otherwise be unaware of. Thanks again for traveling with us. You and Garry have been a pleasure to work with, and we hope to serve you again on a future trip. Sincerely, The Explorient Team

Dear Steve, Thank you for taking the time to post your trip experience. While we strive to deliver a perfect vacation experience on every Explorient trip, we have regrettably fallen short here due to the last minute flight cancellation by the airline, which further attributed to the issue surrounding the early morning departure transfer in Kyoto. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused. Nonetheless, we are happy to hear you were pleased with the vast majority of our service and had a wonderful time in Japan and China. Thank you again for helping us improve our service and for traveling with us. Asia is a wonderful place and we hope you will once again consider it as a future vacation destination. Sincerely, The Explorient Team

Dear Joel, Thanks very much for your trip feedback and for traveling with us to Indochina. We are happy to hear you had a wonderful trip with us! Yes, Cambodia and Laos remain relatively untouched compared to many parts of SE Asia - we're glad you had a chance to fully experience the local culture there. While Vietnam shares similar characteristics of the former two, it is moving at a very rapid pace in its quest to catch up to the modern world. If you do plan on returning to the region, we suggest taking a look at Myanmar, very much an undiscovered (and beautiful) country unspoiled from modern day influences, but will inevitably change (very soon) given its huge travel demand over the past few years. Thanks again traveling with us. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you on your return trip to Asia.
