Dear Kelvin, We hope you are doing well. We're reaching out because we noticed your unsatisfactory experience with our platform. You mentioned that you were prompted to register and apply, but the job listing became invisible immediately afterward. We would like to clarify how our system works to assist you better. At Expertini, registration is not required if a job is hosted by a third party; in those instances, you should be directed straight to the third party's application page. We only require registration and an internal application for our own ATS when a position is posted directly on our platform. We also assume that you might directly hit the register button at the top instead of apply now button and after registration you been directed to AI tools dashboard and hence you have lost that job page. The actual process to hit apply now button without the need of registration and system will automatically guide you for the application process. Each of our job page comes with integrated Resume Score (Semantic matching technology) However, to resolve this issue further for you immediately, could you please provide the URL of the specific job page you were trying to access, or you the URL you might have seen? Once we have that information, we will personally investigate what happened and ensure you can complete your application. We founded Expertini based on own job search experiences in 2008, and our mission has always been to support the job seeker community through innovative AI tools. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and promptly. Please let us know the best way we can help you move forward. Best regards, Expertini Team
