Everything came perfectly packed and ready to go! No breakages or melting because y'all are local. I don't have a car so getting some of these snacks is pretty hard for me, but I was bummed to find out how much more expensive some of them were. In that case, I will be using any and every coupon to come back.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear everything arrived perfectly packed and in great condition—being local definitely helps us get your snacks to you quickly and safely. We understand your concern about pricing. Many of our items are imported and subject to international shipping, customs fees, and handling costs, which can raise the price compared to local products. That said, we truly appreciate your honesty and are always working to offer promotions and discounts to make our snacks more accessible. We’re grateful for your support and look forward to having you back—with a coupon in hand, of course!
just purchased from them. They claim they ship within 2 business days. They printed the label but never sent the items. 4 business days so far and no official shipment. Updated My order finally shipped. I'm not sure what the issue was, slow USPS or something. It has finally shipped

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. We want to clarify that your order was placed on the evening of April 21st (after business hours) and was processed and handed off to USPS on April 24th, which is within our stated 2–3 business day processing time. As noted on our FAQ page, label creation is the first step, and tracking may take 24–48 hours to update, depending on when the carrier scans the package into their system. We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, but in this case, we fulfilled the order according to our stated timelines. If there’s anything else we can assist with, we’re happy to help. Thank you again for your order, and we hope this clears up the misunderstanding.
