Everything arrived in great shape, packaging was wonderdul. We had a few items that weren't in stock at time of packing so we were refunded quickly also looks like we got a freebie in the Box as well, overall a wonderful experience will reorder.

I bought the freeze dried candy sampler box for my niece for Christmas and it was a huge hit! Everyone at the party wanted to try them and she absolutely loved it!

This was a great experience the package did not come damage and I did not receive crumbly chips. I rate the experience a 10/10. My family and I enjoyed it.

Shipping times are terrible. It said I was to get my stuff by the 23rd one day and on the 23rd it told me the 27th. Glad the people whom I got them for didn’t mind waiting…2 days after Christmas.

Hello Gilbert, Transit time is out of our control. Once a package is handled over to UPS there is not much we can do especially during the holiday peak season. The order was processed and shipped in a timely manner within 1 business day. Thank you for your understanding.
Bought 2 boxes for my son. He loved them. Good amount of stuff for the price. Would def get again!

Hello Kristoff, Sorry that the package was delayed by the carrier. Please note that once a package is in carrier hands, especially during the holiday peak season there is not much we can do on our end to expedite the shipping speed. The shipping option selected at check-out was UPS Ground which is 4-5 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
I was very excited about this Gold Mystery Box, unfortunately, all of my snacks had a fishy taste (besides 2 things.) I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Took longer than expected but I assume this was normal for this time of year… other than that everything was great! Communication was awesome!!
