We appreciate your order, and we're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We apologize for any confusion caused by the product description. Due to recent changes, we are no longer offering two different types of boxes each month, which might have resulted in the similarities between the items in your boxes. We value your feedback, and if you're not 100% satisfied, please do contact us for resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us.

My chips were completely crushed when they arrived and my chips were already unsealed. I no long have a gift to give to a friend for her birthday. I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your order, and we're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the crushed and unsealed chips. We deeply regret that this happened, and we understand your frustration. While we take extra precautions in packaging, occasional damage during transit can occur due to carrier handling. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing your case, a resolution has been offered, and a full refund has been issued for the damaged item. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our services.
