good but
Never was informed on why one item was refunded, so communication is bad but I do get my items within a week so still very good

We're sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered. According to the carrier's tracking information, the package was confirmed as delivered to the front door. Unfortunately, instances of package theft are out of our control once the carrier has confirmed delivery. We've checked with the carrier, and proof of delivery, along with the pin of the delivery location, was secured to be at the specified address.
