I was scared when it said The shipping is going to take a month after the order was placed. but they said it actually would be a lot sooner! thank you

Hello Hannah, please ignore the conservative delivery estimate you see on the tracking page. Most packages are arriving in 5-8 days. You may reach out to our support for further assistance :)
Case arrived safely, but after less than 2 months a button fell off. They offered to send a new case for an additional cost of £8. I feel they should have replaced this for free and contacted them again but did not hear back initially. In fact after posting my initial review, they have contacted me and are now arranging for a free replacement so good on them for listening to feedback 👍

The products were great but didn’t arrive in time. Customer service was superb! I would definitely order from them again.

Delivery was quick and a damaged case was quickly replaced.

I ordered a case for my iPhone. When it arrived I noticed it didn’t fit well enough to my phone so I made contact with the support. They instantly replied and after a video demonstration they agreed to send me a new cover as a replacement. The new cover presented the same problems of the first one. I tried to contact them several times since then for a refund but I’ve never received a reply. Edit: after this review they proceeded with the refund.

Received my order. Cases are good quality. Not a bad deal if you can be patient with the shipping. Took exactly 1 month to get to me.

Hello Levi, our apologies for the delay in responding to your emails as our office was closed during this long weekend. We did respond to your email today. We are once again very sorry for the delay in delivering your order. We have received further updates from USPS and your package should arrive soon. Some regions were heavily impacted by hurricanes but deliveries from USPS have finally improved.
The case I ordered was meant as a birthday gift but arrived few days late. I don’t understand why because this is my second purchase and the first one arrived in like 5 days. But anyway, we kept the case since my son liked it.
