Very professional and timely delivery

The website was a little counter intuitive at first. But after I figured it out things went smooth after that. Hopefully shipping is fast.

Because I order since three days no email confirmation for my shipment and nobody send me email for the tracking number... bad service

Web site extremely slow

needed more props for p-51. Ordered two sets they only sent one at first. they corrected order promptly.

quick delivery, great communication with exhobby, great appearance, well package arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately the receiver brick was loaded with glitches. Contact with EXHOBBY I received a response within 24 hrs. Attempt to reset Transmitter/Receiver did not correct problem. Loved the design of the model. Will install new receiver and servo's which I have on hand and looking forward to a great little flyer. Note: After completing this review, I immediately received a reply that they were sorry for my bad luck, although it would have been nice if it had worked right out of the box, I was happy to make it flyable, and appreciated knowing they stand by their products.
