If I could rate EXHOBBY a -100 stars, I Would.HORRIBLE customer service. I sent 7 emails, 4 in english, and 3 in Chinese, and no response. Even months later, NO RESPONSE. After this, I switched to Horizon Hobby which has the best customer service of any company I have ever ordered ANYTHING from. In short, do not order any planes from here, especially if they sell them elsewhere. Go for a better option like Horizon Hobby or HobbyZone.

Took my money and never received my order after a month. Tracked from China, a Joke, shipped to someone else. Demanding refund. Been completely Ghosted by customer service. Complete rip off, fraudulent practices. Frustrated and Furious.

Waiting forever for my son’s bday gift. Not easy to track and. No easy phone correspondence

I only got half my order and can't get anyone there to reply to my emails. Will probably look for another company to order from.

I ordered a plane and extra propellers. Only received the propellers no plane. My emails have gone unanswered. So I guess I spend over a hundred bucks and got 2 propellers that are useless to me without the plane. Save your money and buy from a reputable co. I have used tower hobby for years and they never let me down. Live and learn

After waiting several days I asked for my order to be cancelled and they responded and said they would look into it and 3 hours later they shipped it so much for the help

After running the boat for 5 minutes the whole shaft and prop came off. After repeated requests to return it (requesting a shipping label), which went ignored, I’ll send it back and pay the shipping myself. Some of the responses actually sounded like they came from someone who obviously had a poor command of the English language. China!
