Very nice little truck, great value.

We had troubles with the first RC getting it to connect and work for us. this company was more than helpful and ended up sending a complete replacement. We are very happy. And expect to purchase again in the future.

I have not received my order yet and it took forever for customer service to follow up with me

Super slow shipping. It indicates fast shipping, but doesn’t inform the purchaser that the items have to be shipped from China to the US

I have asked for a return on an item purchased for two weeks. I have had NO response. Very unhappy with service.

Very good company Mine came damaged so I shown prove and they sent replacement out no troubles When I get more experienced I'm definitely using again

Customer service was extremely helpful in deciding which specific parts I needed. Also in suggesting an easier plane to fly as a first time flier. Plane itself came very quickly, the smaller parts, coming directly from China, took over a week or more. Since I was in no hurry to get back in the air this was not an issue for me, but wanted to make other customers aware if they were in a hurry for parts.
