Executive Villas FloridaReviews of executivevillasflorida.com

Everything worked in the house. We had plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect for what we planned.

Beautiful home, friendly and responsive host. Close to parks and attractions.

We rented a property at championsgate over the last 2 weeks and have had an absolute nightmare with this company. We arrived at 8pm to be told no reservation was made under the booking name despite having evidence to show. Numerous phone calls and not really getting answers we finally entered.. Property was dirty. Toe nails and hair found in showers. Under beds and sofas filthy. 2nd week in air conditioning broke. Got told an emergency maintenance man was going to turn up. This was on Monday yet nobody arrived until we left. In the run up to the holiday 2 weeks prior we were given 4 different addresses. Very poor communication overall.

Our week at Executive Villas was the Best. My kids really enjoyed the prívate pool and the community water parks. All employees at Executive Villas were very helpful and friendly.

This property was amazing exceeded our expectations. The game room was amazing. Everything we needed to celebrate my daughter's 21st was there. We will definitely book again. Great communication as well.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed with 6 adults and two children. Plenty of space. It had everything we needed and was just across the street from the clubhouse and pool. It had a pool with a child safety fen e which we appreciated with a two year old.

The house was really great, the rooms and bedding were very clean and comfortable, every room having its own bathroom was definitely a plus+. The location feels private but is still very near to shopping and restaurants. Then the host Andy, he was excellent👌🏽,very responsive and accommodating.

Andy was a great host! He was very prompt with replies and super helpful! His place was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy and smooth! We had a great stay and will definitely book to stay with them again!
