The company kept me updated as to the status of the order and delivery which I really appreciated. Product seems quality.

Easy. But I haven’t gotten n the product yet

At first they over charged me made 2 separate charges they only refunded me the separate extra charge not the product cost that was more than shown or approved. The product I received was not what was shown online. Will never use them again horrible experience from start to finish

I actually tried to cancel the order as soon as it was placed only to be told it couldn't be stopped as it had already been filled. I immediately told them I would be returning the order when I received it and I am.

Delivery took 3 weeks.

Using them is not friendly to my bad lower back. 🙁

Takes too long to receive item. Keeps you abreast of tracking info.

Took way too long to get and never got a conformation on my order. I thought that I had been taken for my $. Just got it yesterday. Hope it works well.
