I am amazed at how this chair exceeds my expectations. It’s beautiful and the comfort difference is felt immediately. I’m evening noticing I’m streaming longer because I’m comfortable. I would def buy more for other rooms !! Plus shipping was so quick !

Ordered a chair over a month ago, they took the money immediately and sent me an email stating they ran out of stock on the colour i had chosen (Red) and they could send a Blue version right away if I choose to. I responded to the email asking how long until the Red version was back in stock, no reply. Tried contacting through more emails and messages on the website and still no response. 3 weeks later and still nothing at all so I filed a report with PayPal to get my money back which I got today as they didn't respond to PayPal either. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience of online ordering ever. Ive ordered my desk since the month of December to my knowledge the desk was going to be shipped in 1-3 business days as i have paid extra for shipping and living in Canada its expensive. I waited and nothing. So now were are in the month of January and it still hasn't been shipped. I contacted customer service and their excuse was they lost desks so theres a delay in getting it shipped out. Right there is one red flag. So they proceeded in telling me that my desk will be shipped out on January 27th. It is now January 27th and my order is still “being processed”. I am absolutely fed up of waiting any longer. They charge people so much money for their products and this is what you get. Horrible customer service. To make matters even worse there was 3 negative reviews left on their website including mine. And they deleted them. This company is literally a scam please save your time and money it is not worth it. Im going to wait another week before asking for a refund.

They removed my review haha. I ordered the desk on November 30th. It never shipped. Only after contacting them did I get the excuse that some desks were “missing” and then later in the conversation “stolen.” They promised to ship it on January 27th. Today. I contacted them asking why it didn’t ship. They told me this time “the shipping container was delayed” and promised to ship it during the first week of February. I doubt I’m going to get my desk but I paid through PayPal so I’m not worried. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ROB YOU. They remove negative reviews, that’s why none of their items have any. They are a shady company. If they ever ship my desk I will update, but it’s looking like they’re just a staff of liars and scammers at this point.

Ordered a chair nearly a month ago and still waiting for it to be shipped! Originally ordered a pink chair to be told out of stock and to pick another colour, to which I did, all was okay for shipment then didn't hear anything for a few days so I thought I'd message them to check again what was happening and yet AGAIN that colour out of stock so was told to pay the $80 difference for a different series if I wanted a chair and I'm still waiting for it to be sent out! The customer service is absolutely shocking, worst I've ever dealt with! They do not reply and when they do very angry if you ask them anything. I'm yet to still get a reply on all of the emails I've sent over the last month. At one point when asking for a refund and questioning the item ordered the customer advisor on the website chat ignored me and then ended the chat and everytime I went on they just ended the conversation.

As a summary: The quality of the chair is as what you expected, however the customer service of the company is worst aspect of it. Do not purchase a product off them until they improved their communication skills. In Detail: I previously ordered an Ewin Knight Series chair off them at May 7th 2020. The expected date for the chair to arrive is around 2-5 days. They haven't sent any confirmation email (except Paypal) or even an order number for me to track. I thought it might've been an error, so I messaged them via email (in accordance to when they're available written on their website). It took them A DAY to response, and they came back saying that the chairs will be delayed till the 22nd of May, which I understand due to the COVID-19 pandemic. May 22nd arrived, I still haven't received any emails from them regarding updates to my order or even my order number. I messaged them the day after asking them for any updates on my chair. They responded HALF AN HOUR later stating that it will be further delayed on the 29th, without even giving me an order number. This is when I decide to request for a refund, which they agreed to, with a simple response of "No problem." No dear sir, no date given on when I can be given of my refund, nothing. This reflects their professionality within their customer service. I asked them when can I receive my refund, there wasn't any reply WITHIN THREE DAYS. And during those three days I requested for a refund via Paypal by submitting a case about my current situation. On May 28th is when the company was made aware of the Paypal case I made since I wanted a refund, note that they didn't give me any confirmation for the refund during the time I requested for one. They responded back saying: "Dear, Sorry to reply later, there is a big delay for the container, but the chairs will be arrived at our warehouse on 29th, the chair will be shipped out in the first week of June, could you wait few days and close the case on PayPal? Thanks." No regards to the refund whatsoever. At this point I gave up and continued with getting my chair, I managed to get my order number from them and received my chair on the intended date. This is my experience with the customer service, it is horrendous and I wish that they could make improvements on communication. If you really want to buy a gaming chair or desk, I'd suggest looking into other REPUTABLE companies that offer better quality in their communication. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT MENTION "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". Please report them as they are simply false.

Great chair. Build quality is great, it's a lot more comfortable than other chairs i've tried. Just a little pricey. Otherwise I really like it.

The chairs are amazing, comfortable. The bucket base is wider than I thought witch is a good thing since I wanted the flat base at first (they were out of stock). Happy with the purchase, I recommend.
