We chose to go into business to help people by educating them through one of life’s most challenging processes and saving them REAL money. I would have given more stars if it was possible. They are indeed a no-fee lender - no gimmicks! Hard to find any that beats their rates. Erika and Ashley were very professional in processing my loan and we closed in less than 10 business days! Look no further, AZ home loans has my highest recommendation. You will be more than happy. From the beginning Jordan made us feel like a priority and had us pre-underwritten in days and we closed within 21 days. Theresa was on point with any questions getting any necessary info submitted always staying in communication the whole process. I really had no negatives! All positive. Fantastic company, they deliver what they say the will. Had to refinance 2 properties to pay for family members Alzheimer's care. 1st one done, great experience, working on number 2 now.

My Loan Officer, Scott Helman was just great. It was a long process because we kept hitting obstacles and road blocks. But he never gave up on the re-fi, and neither did I. Ashley Marbury was terrific as well.

My experience with AZ Home Loans was top notch. I feel I was provided with excellent service from beginning to end. Ethan, Shamarie, Scott and Mike took a personal interest in my loan process and found the best loan for me. Shamarie worked above expectations in expediting my loan to meet a particular deadline. Mike was proactive in my case, providing me recommendations and insight into recasting my loan once it is serviced.
