Evolutioner reversed the charge after they charged my account during the 7 day free trial. They responded to my email and a low review on TrustPilot. Everyone was very nice.

I signed up for the 7 day trial, and last night was the Day 2. I just came back from Japan a week ago and have not been able to sleep because of the jet lag for 5 nights. Last night was the first night I had 8 hours of sleep!!! I'm not sure if it's a coincidence. I will keep using it. I love that each day's session is downloadable so that I can listen to it in Airplane mode. I do not want to put on headphones or earbuds while the cell phone is emitting EMF. So, this feature was a must for me to sign up. (I know that it says the headphones or earbuds are NOT necessary). I hope they will never take that option away!!! The only reason I gave four stars is because this is my 3rd day only.

I tried several times to pull up my account early yesterday morning and could not log in, stating my password was not valid. I was using the same password I always used--the one they gave me in the email they sent when I joined. I emailed the company explaining the issue and attaching the Sept. '24 email showing I had paid for a full year. I received an automatic reply that "your request (16952) has been received and we'll get back to you as soon as possible." I've heard nothing. Tried emailing again this morning, and nothing, not even an automatic response. 3/15/25 Another day later and still no response and no access to my account. 3/16/25 I received an email from them last night, letting me know that the issue was resolved from their end. I've been able to log in since then. Because the issue has been resolved, and because I like the app, I'm changing my rating to 4 stars.

I really liked it when I first signed up but after a while, kind of forgot about it. The last few times I tried to use it, it stopped after a few minutes so I figured my subscription ended.

I'm excited about learning to relax my mind more and slow my thoughts down. During the trial I noticed that it made me feel lighter with more clarity.

I have trouble sleeping and am also trying to attain greater spirituality so I decided to try Evolutioner out. I've been listening to the 12-minute morning session for the last couple months. (I've been afraid to try the evening sessions, fearing it would stimulate instead of soothe me). I can't measure what effects it's having on me, but I feel like it relaxes me and improves my mood. I decided to write a review today because I had a bad headache through the latter part of the night. When it was time to listen to Evolutioner this morning, I thought I should get some ibuprofen first, thinking my headache would prevent me from enjoying it. However, I was too lazy to get up. At the end of the session, I was blissed out (as I usually am) - and headache-free! Coincidence? I don't know. But much appreciated. I am going to continue to use Evolutioner and maybe try the night sessions too. One recommendation: sometimes the music is weird, and sometimes it's perfect for you. 'Star' those perfect sessions so you can listen again. I didn't do that on a session I loved, and I'm sorry!

I signed up for the free trial and forgot about it, believing they said I would be notified before my card was charged. But I got no notification. I want a refund. It was my error. They hadn't said they would notify me. But they offered to cancel, or make the subscription not renew automatically. Automatic renewal without notice is what I had feared. So I accepted that offer. I still haven't used the service, and am not sure how to access it. I hope they will remind me periodically if I am not using it.

Beautiful music to listen to as it is very calming. I’m sure it’s helping my mental and physical health but I have no specific health issues that would be changed by this. I have found that the 12-minute track is sometimes reluctant to play. Nevertheless, I have invested in a lifetime subscription and I ensure that I listen daily at least once and often twice.
