I wish I could give a 0 star. Never got product. I saw all the bad reviews online, still gave them a chance because I wanted the "PEN". I requested a cancelation, let's hope I don't have to bank block them.

I’ve been using the Tirzepitide weight loss pen for about a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the product and the process. The packaging was professional and included everything I needed — the pen, single-use tips, and alcohol wipes. After completing a follow-up survey about my experience and progress, my dosage was adjusted accordingly, which shows a thoughtful, customized approach to care. The results have been noticeable: my appetite has decreased significantly, and I rarely find myself feeling hungry throughout the day. It’s made maintaining a healthy routine much easier. I’ve just placed my second order and look forward to continuing my progress.

I lost one dose from my last injection pen because it jammed and I just lost another dose from the next pen as it also jammed. They wanted me to send a video of the broken pen and I did and was offered $50 but I would have to put in the discount before my next order which I'm unable to do. Now I'm asking for a free month due to 2 jammed injections!!

I placed my order 30 days ago, I was approved and paid for the months worth of medicine. I have yet to receive my medicine and their support team has been a nightmare to work with. They go days/weeks without responding. I have had to follow-up with them 10 times at this point with no resolve. I have now requested to be refunded 3 times with zero movement. I would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Never got to speak to a Dr or actual person. Everything was done on email. I was overcharged but they fixed that. I am skeptical of the medication and am afraid to use it. It was not packed with ice so it came hot. Just feeling like I wasted money.

Hey Beverly, Like most weight loss telehealth providers, we operate using an asynchronous appointment model. That means we don't do phone or video calls, the doctor instead evaluates your intake form and then makes a determination from there. If there are any concerns, they contact patients through our system to ensure it's safe to prescribe. The medication does not need to be refrigerated ahead of time, it only needs to be refrigerated after you use it for the first time. Being outside of the fridge beforehand does not diminish its safety or effectiveness. We're happy to answer any questions you have, and some of these points are covered in both our FAQ and instructions pages that are sent out to every patient (via email and the QR code on the lid of the box your pen came in). If we failed in some way, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know so we can rectify the situation. Otherwise, it sounds like a simple misunderstanding!
Great product with easy to use instructions and responsive customer service. Right after you check out there is a video showing how to work the pen and some other instructionals just in case you want to look into how the product works. It's so simple, anyone can do it. I just started a week ago and I've already lost a bit of weight.
