I had the ESGMax procedure 3 weeks ago and am down 22 pounds! The procedure was very easy, no pain, very detailed instructions for recovery and wonderful follow up from the surgeon, nursing staff and dietician/nutritionist. I know this process is going to be a success with all of the support provided. Highly recommend.

I am so happy I found Everself! This is a wonderful organization. All the staff members I have met with have been so encouraging, friendly, and supportive. Since my procedure, I am feeling good, and doing more things than before, but most importantly getting healthier. Thank you my dear Everself family for everything!!

My ESG Max was done on September 28th 2026 in Boston. I cannot speak highly enough about all of the staff on the day of my surgery or the supportive phone calls from the Everself staff before my surgery. Their attention to every detail made this very serious operation seem less scary somehow. every question I had was answered, every fear I had was laid to rest... and the day of surgery was somewhat challenging due to my reaction to the medications used to me under, but even then, the staff at Emerson Surgical Center were amazing at monitoring me closely for hours. For me relieving myself of that gas over the next 4 days was the worst part of the procedure, I want to assure everyone I had no stomach pain, no throat pain, and was back to work after two days. My nausea was minimal lasted for one day, and I had the medications in advance from the team. It's been 2 weeks and one day and as of today I have lost 15 lbs. This is mainly because you are on liquids only for the first 30days. This part for me had been challenging as our mind thinks one thing and our body tells us another. In 2 more weeks I will start in with an Everself nutritionist who will guide me back to appropriate foods. I am interested in seeing the difference when my stomach is receiving food rather than fluids with protein in them. I also downloaded the Fitness Pal App which is very good at keeping you on track. So far, the overall experience has been great. I would recommend this company and these very special caregivers to anyone whose lost hope when you have tried everything (I mean everything GLP-1s included) Thank you Everself team for giving me the opportunity I needed to find my way back to feeling healthy again.

I had my ESG procedure with Everself and have had a great experience. The team has been supportive and responsive from the beginning, and I really appreciate the follow-up and guidance throughout my recovery. I’m already seeing great progress losing weight, my glucose numbers improving, energy and feeling very good about my decision. ESG is definitely a commitment, but I’m glad I chose Everself to support me through the process. I would absolutely recommend them!

If you are looking for a safe way to loose weight then this is a place to get it done. The surgery went as planned and everything is explained in detail on what to expect after the surgery. The follow up calls with the nutritionist is always an important and you will learn a new way of eating without starving yourself. They have never not returned a phone call or email when I have a question. Also the hospital where my procedure done at in Carrollton was top notch, the nurses and receptionist where the best people you could ask for while I was there.

I have had a very good experience. Everyone is super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. My team is amazing, they all talk to each other to keep things neat and consistent.

My initial consultation to surgery was seamless. I'm a nurse myself and have been on alot of medical teams and Everself by far is the best. I was reassured and informed in each phase of the process. I had little to no worries just nerves on surgery day but I would recommend to anyone looking for that next step of their fitness journey. Dr. McGowan and his team are grade A.

I had my ESG procedure in July 2026. It's the best decision I ever made. Everself has been there every step of the way. The support before and especially after is top notch. They have FaceBook groups, weekly calls, check-ins by Dietitians, Nutritionists and NP's. And for any other issues, you can text or call for a year post procedure. I still have a long way to go, but the encouragement from the staff will definitely get me there.
