Amazing experience. Dr Thompson was great and informative. I have been 3weeks post op and have lost almost 26lbs. Still in my liquid phase but never really hungry. It is important to get your protein and water in. Follow all their directions and you will not fail!!

I had my consultation with EverSelf and that same day, I decided I was ready to take the next step. I scheduled my ESG procedure for two weeks later—and that one decision changed my life! ❤️ I had been struggling with my weight, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol, and I knew I needed to do something different. The day of my procedure, I weighed 268 lbs. Now, just a few days shy of 6 months later, I’m at 218 lbs.—50 lbs. DOWN! 🎉🙌🏾 The first few weeks were definitely tough. Getting in enough fluids was a struggle, but around week 4, I started feeling better and got a better understanding of how to manage my fluid and food intake. The staff at EverSelf has been AMAZING! ❤️ Anytime I have a question, all I have to do is call. I also love that you have access to a dietitian. They don’t just perform the procedure and send you on your way to figure everything out yourself—they continue to support you throughout the journey. I’m so glad I found EverSelf and made that decision six months ago. This journey has truly changed my life!

I had my procedure done in Boston by Dr Thompson. The evaluation and booking process with smooth. The actual procedure was in and out the same day. I had some mild nausea for a few days and was super tired. That's pretty much it. The liquid phase I think was the most intimidating but was easy to follow because you just don't FEEL like eating. I lost 30lbs really quickly and I've been stalled for many weeks and am just starting to lose again. I understand though that it's a process. You still need your protein, fiber, liquids etc. A huge benefit is that by having the ESG stomach tightening, it's easier to tell when you're full and stick to a plan.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. McGowan and his entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. I’m now one day after my procedure, and honestly, I feel amazing. I have no pain and feel pretty much like my normal self already. I know everyone’s experience can be different, but I couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone so far. Dr. McGowan and his team are truly exceptional, and I’m extremely grateful for the care and support they provided. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

I did the ESG procedure with Everself. The staff has been amazing from the start. Very supportive and helpful. Dr. Rana my surgeon was excellent and has even called to check up on me a few times. After the procedure I was uncomfortable for a few days 4-5 but I feel much better overall now. After 1 month I lost 12 lbs. My extremely chronic migraines are down to 8 from 21 a month. I have more energy too.

The team at Everself Boston is great. They have made the process easy - their follow up has been fantastic. I highly recommend the program.

So far the service has been great. Any questions I had was answered quickly and concise. I am 4 day post procedure and no pain at all.
