***Lance -- we are trying to reach you again today on the holiday via email, sms and call. We just sent you an email showing the charges refunded. They where processed on the 23rd. Its a banking holiday today so we assume it will show up tomorrow. We will continue to try and reach you.*** We are doing our very best to communicate with you with out calling you 5 times in a day..if possible please respond back to us. Via email, sms or a call. We are here to make sure you're satisfied with our support Hello Lance, We tried reaching out to you multiple times to clear up any confusion and we will reach out again after the holiday. We appreciate you as a customer and want to make sure you're happy with our service. That being said there is NO Year commitment ever, what our rep was explaining and it can be confusing sometimes is that the prescription our Dr's write for you is good for a year. This means you can have Sermorelin shipped for a full year without having to update the Pharmacy or Dr. So you can order it today have a few refills processed, pause refills and then start up again in a few months and the prescription would still be good at the pharmacy for a full year from your initial order date. We apologize for any confusion and just want to let you know that you have complete control of how many refills you choose. Thank you for letting us know there was a bit of confusion on this. We will make sure our team communicates this is a much clearer manner going forward. Let us know any question your have or if you ever need a refill we are happy to help. Happy Holidays
