Challenges
It was difficult to navigate because I don't recall adding a password to get into the system and apply for an event coverage. I also don't know if it is correct and I couldn't find a way to edit my application.

Normally I get a quick turnaround for a quote. This time it took over 2 weeks and only after I had to call to find out the status. Had to leave a message on the voice mail.

The first time I purchased event insurance, I was told that that the membership fee was a one time fee. That changed on the next year. Why do you call it a membership fee. What do members receive for the fee Why is there no option to pay by bank check when applying online. When completed early enough I would expect to receive my insurance after you receive the proper funds. I have the same event each year, why could I not duplicate my previous event with minor changes?
