I am yet to receive the product but I would give them -1 star for their customer service. They are very good at lying to your face and in their english dictionary, there is no such word as thank you, sorry, please ect.

Sales team are novice and have don't care attitude. Wasting the crucial business time and try to send repeated revised inflated PI after 7 days of accepting 100% advance payment of original order Can't rely on the process and commitments from the Sales & order processing team

Their choice of product, and quality is great. Just great. You have affordable in-house range too. But if you have any problem after the order, their customer service sucks. They are poor in customer service. Just like electronic comp. They will keep delaying and delaying. My problem isn't solved as of today 25/4/24. Go for Robu, it's the best! Robu is an all rounder in this matter. I have been working in electronics department for last 6-7 years and I have ordered from multiple website, so trust me. I am not promoting anyone but what I have found is robu is prompt with everything, once they refunded my ₹1200 within 5 mins of cancellation!
