still waiting for resolution of case 8194164 from December 2024

Product has still not arrived after 2 weeks.

Paid for expedited shipping and the product is now 3 days past its documented delivery date. This review will be the second effort to voice this issue. Hopefully they will refund the extra charge for rushed shipping!

We put an order in for vacuum parts in June. It appeared that all parts were in stock. Then a week or so later we were notified that one part, the main one that we needed, was back ordered and we would have to wait until the end of September. Now that that time has come we are notified that the part is no longer made. Very frustrating to have waited for no reason.

I have asked several times for a return authorization and have mot received it

eVACUUM store review I previously ordered parts for my NuTone vacuum from the Evacuumstore.com. When it came time to replace the NuTone vacuum that came with my house, my natural inclination was to order it from the Evacuum store. I spoke to the sales representative and told her exactly what I needed and they sent out a what I thought was a whole house vacuum The product appeared similar to the product I previously had. About two years later, I noticed the vacuum was starting to wear out and it finally wore out. My previous NuTone vacuum had last me about 20 years. I did some research and found the eVacuum store sent me a vacuum designed for GARAGE use only. I contacted the Evacuum store and told them of the problem. They said they could not provide any assistance to me. I tried to contact them again and again with no response to get some sort of adjustment and again no response back. I would never do business with eVACUUMstore. I recommend you do not do business with the eVacuum store, they will not honor any warranty, implied or otherwise. Sincerely John Key Rescue Ca

Very disappointing experience. Price for vacuum was lowest I found on the internet, but delivery took much longer than anticipated and I received vacuum bags before my actual vacuum. Moreover, it was a hassle to return the items and obtain a full refund given that the company was unresponsive. I was, ultimately, forced to escalate the matter and did obtain a full refund with the assistance of my credit card company. Given their inferior Customer Service, I cannot recommend this merchant.
