Great Materials, Major Design Flaw
The Serene chair has a lot going for it: the materials feel premium, the build quality is solid, and it looks fantastic in an office. Unfortunately, the fixed armrests are so poorly positioned for my height that they're essentially useless. As a result, a key ergonomic feature of the chair fails completely for me, which significantly reduces the chair's practical value. What disappointed me even more was the customer service. After reaching out to explain the issue, the response I received was essentially: "Too bad, there's nothing we can do for you." No real concern about the experience of a customer who spent nearly $1,000 on the product. Good quality and great aesthetics, but poor ergonomics and an even poorer customer experience. Had the company shown some willingness to help, my review would have been much more positive.
