Prints well. The cost for inks and replacement parts is a bit surprising.

I had an issue where the desktop app (on a Mac mini) would not let me 'publish' a series of projects. It seemed the software was going back and forth between the old form and way to publish, and a newer, streamlined form. After a while, the desktop app (on a Mac mini) stopped communicating with the printer, although my phone app (Pixel phone) kept working. I ended up downloading a fresh copy of the desktop app, and signing in to the new app. It restored my projects and was communicating with my printer.

The team was very informative and receiptive regarding my issue. I appreciated their prompt responses.

The ordering process has gotten better over time. The shipping department has gotten better about getting the orders out the door. In the process there really should be an option to expedite the shipping is needed. The shipping provider is the biggest issue now. My order sat for four days in the shippers warehouse. The pricing has come down, but not enough!!!!

I like the printer. You need to do something about the ink expiration date. I ordered a full pack of ink, and 3 white flexible inks. The flexible white has an exp. date of 8/5/27. The full ink pack has an exp. date of 3/5/27. Why are you sending me ink that exp. dates are five months apart? Why are you sending out old ink?
