Excellent products better than buying them directly with Eufymaker.

This purchase was a huge deal for my business and I was nervous since I was a kickstarter backer, but so far if I have a problem and I'm patient everytime the customer service has been very friendly and willing to help me. They give me step by step instruction videos to follow to fix 3 different parts, and when I didn't think that helped they sent a brand new printer which then I did get the OG to work so the new printer got turned around in shipping and sent back but they are totally willing to work with me. Being a small personal business this machine is what is giving me my little bit of income right now and I so love having there customer service that so far has been willing to help me. only complaint I have is it did take a while to get email responses back, I would email during the day and they would respond during the middle of the night so communication to get new parts was a little longer. so patients was huge here.
