Total disaster! Unable to deliver the ordered products in more than a month, I hope to get my money back. They said they will refund, but I am still waiting. Avoid this company!

Terrible and completely unprofessional service. I cancelled my order EU16182 before delivery. According to GLS tracking (parcel 20193682306), the package was officially returned and delivered back to Renogy's warehouse in Hamburg on April 21st. Their support team (Leo) explicitly admitted in writing that they received the return and escalated it to their Refund Team. Yet, they refuse to give my 1,822.52 RON back and even tried to fight the bank chargeback. They are literally keeping my money and the product. Absolutely fraudulent behavior. Avoid at all costs!

Issue ongoing since February. Loads and loads of Emails but nothing was ever resolved so I gave up. Renogy likes to TALK a lot but the actual doing appears to be an other matter. This solar equipment is made in China -- be VERY, VERY wary of purchasing any sort of power equipment or technology from China -- even is they have a USA-based subsidiary for distribution and call themselves "An American company". Their philosophy of business, service and morality is much different from ours in the West and you may not be thrilled at being treated the way they treat each other. Two damaged Renogy panels I replaced with panels from another manufacturer. I only asked Renogy for the cornice seals for the panel frames to be shipped to me. That proved to be an exceedingly complicated task for Renogy. I advocated this solar kit to charge backup batteries for a radio repeater tower. The kit is still sitting and management has criticized my 'poor judgment' in purchasing from a foreign company. Not only a useless kit but has me thinking to look for another job. China does take advantage of the United States and American citizens in many ways -- the president is entirely correct about that. Dealing with AliExpress for hardware was a very painful experience.

Absolut unfähiger Support, schlecht aufgebaute Website, Bestell Abwicklung fehlerhaft, schlecht programmierte automatische Antworten, hier läuft eigentlich alles schief... Nie wieder.

Renogy hävdar att de har skickat min beställning till leveransföretaget, men enligt spårningsinformationen har paketet inte lämnat Renogys lager. Trots att det har gått 1 månad sedan beställning och paketet fortfarande inte blivit skickat vägar Renogy att ge återbetalning. Katastrofalt dåligt!
