eTeamSponsorReviews of eteamsponsor.com

“In our first year using eTeamSponsor, it has truly been a game changer. We’ve raised more money than ever, and the platform made the entire process simple and efficient. The support, training, and ease of use were outstanding—once our players uploaded their emails and we added our video, the system did the rest and the donations flowed in. Fundraising is essential for us, especially with the rising cost of equipment and technology that helps our players develop. eTeamSponsor has made it easier to reach the people who care about our program, and it’s helped us secure the resources we need to stay competitive. We’re extremely appreciative and couldn’t be happier with the results.”

“I’m Mack Chambers, head baseball coach at Seminole State College in Oklahoma. We’ve been using eTeamSponsor for five, six, maybe even seven years now, and it’s become our primary source of fundraising. We’ve used it in a variety of ways, and it’s incredibly easy—by far the best fundraising platform I’ve come across and the one our players buy into the most. All they have to do is upload about 20 emails, share the campaign on social media, and immediately it reaches family and supporters all over the world. That reach has been huge for us. At the junior college level, funding can be tough to come by, so the money we raise has a real impact. eTeamSponsor has allowed us to put new fencing around our facility, bring in a turf company to work on our field, and travel the way we need to in order to compete at a high level. Because of the fundraising we’ve done through eTeamSponsor, we’re fortunate enough to travel to Dallas this January to play a three-game series at Globe Life Field. It covers hotels for two nights and meals for three days. The following weekend we’re heading to Houston to compete at San Jacinto. Fundraising through eTeamSponsor makes opportunities like these possible without relying fully on the college. For our program, it’s been absolutely huge. It helps us give our players big-time experiences—like playing in a Major League ballpark—that matter for recruiting and for their overall development. We’re grateful for what eTeamSponsor has enabled us to do.”

It’s hands down the most cost-effective fundraising platform I’ve used — saving us time while raising more money than ever before. The new features like the Launch Day Scoreboard made tracking and engagement a breeze.

“My name is Paul Cantrell, and I’m the Executive Director of the Coastal Bend College Foundation in Beeville, Texas. I’ve worked with eTeamSponsor for at least six years, and I can confidently say they’ve made an incredible difference in our fundraising efforts. What began as an athletics-only partnership has now expanded across multiple programs at our institution. Most recently, we collaborated with eTeamSponsor on their new Day of Giving platform, which has been a game-changer for us. With a small staff, it’s allowed us to scale our impact exponentially. Over the past six years, we’ve raised more than $350,000—funds that have helped provide scholarships, improve travel for athletic teams, send students to conferences, and even offer upgraded swag that builds pride and engagement. These efforts have strengthened our programs and attracted more students to participate. The eTeamSponsor staff is outstanding—professional, responsive, and always willing to help, day or night. Their reporting and analytics tools have also been transformative, giving us clear insight into donor data, growth metrics, and return on investment. I can’t say enough about Sean and his team at eTeamSponsor. Their platform has helped us achieve incredible results with minimal effort and investment. If you’re considering partnering with them, I can promise—you won’t regret it for a second.” — Paul Cantrell, Executive Director, Coastal Bend College Foundation

I’m Caitlin Hansen, head women’s lacrosse coach at Saint Leo University, a Division II program in Florida. We’ve been using eTeamSponsor since 2019, and with a roster of 35–40 student-athletes, we consistently raise around $20,000 during our month-long annual campaign. The platform is incredibly easy to use, very user-friendly, and has been a huge success for our program. This year, we set an ambitious goal of $30,000 to help fund our spring break trip to New York City—and we hit it. eTeamSponsor has been an unbelievable resource for us. Our players enjoy the process, and their families have had a great experience as well. We’re extremely happy with the product and will continue using eTeamSponsor in the future.

I’m the Head Softball Coach at Corning Community College. We partnered with eTeamSponsor two years ago, and as a coach, it’s truly the best decision I’ve ever made. The platform is incredibly easy to use—we’re reaching a significant number of contributors with very little time or effort. For me, it takes almost no time at all, and it only takes our student-athletes about half an hour to set everything up. The experience has been fantastic, both for our players and in terms of the funds we’ve been able to raise—well beyond any other fundraiser we’ve done in the past. One of the most valuable tools eTeamSponsor provides is the reporting dashboard, which lets me check our campaign progress daily and track individual team members to ensure we hit our goals. Thank you, eTeamSponsor—I highly recommend them to anyone looking to raise money for their team. — Stacy Johnson, Head Softball Coach, Corning Community College
