Great eSIM! I purchased eSIM Card data, voice, and text paln, It worked so well. I was able to make calls and texts with eSIM. The data coverage was amazing I used all my social media apps without connectivity issues. Enjoyed the best travel with eSIM Card.

eSIM was easy to set up and worked well wherever I visited in the country. I tried the unlimited data plan of eSIM Card for my travel to Canada. The eSIM was affordable and I enjoyed my journey without roaming charges. There was a limited daily data option with a hotspot in the package. It must be improved. Overall effortless travel experience with eSIM Card.

I used eSim for my trip, and it worked perfectly on my phone. No issue with setup, and the connection was smooth the whole time. I'm happy with it!

We had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, when we purchased our esimcards (we purchased them in advance of our trip) they told us our usage doesn't commence until we start using our Esimcard. We arrived at Venice airport in Italy and upon trying to activate them found out they had expired. When we called them up we were then told they were activated at the time of purchase which was more than 30 days ago. I tried to explain what we were told and they just wouldn't listen telling us "sorry my friend" and telling us we had to buy new ones. We had no phone or internet at all and were trying to use free Wifi instead. The company refused to provide new ones or refund us. We were very disappointed with their complete lack of accountability. ***UPDATE: We retrieved a copy of our original dialogue when we purchased them and sent this to our credit card provider who have since refunded 100% of our money. This company did not willingly process a "full refund" as they state in their response below... they had no choice!***

To clarify, our eSIMs have different activation policies: some activate upon purchase, while others activate when you first use data. I purchased the "unlimited" package from the app while staying in Egypt, intending to join an important Zoom meeting. I bought the 1-day package for $7, expecting reliable service. However, after the purchase, I discovered that their so-called "unlimited" package only gives you 1GB of data. Once you hit that limit, the speed drops drastically to a useless 0.1 Mbps. When I reached out to customer support, they informed me that this is how the unlimited data package works, and they claimed this information is stated in the app. But after checking, I found that this critical detail is buried at the very end of the page, only visible after you’ve already paid. The customer service agent then suggested I purchase another 1GB for $5 if I wanted to join my meeting. This is an extremely poor service. You can get the same package from any local provider for 1/10th of the price—like 3GB for just $1 with no hidden terms. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

Had problems activating the esim out of zone and made contact with customer service and all was resolved and sorted in less than 12 hrs. Amazing customer support and highly recommended
