Had problems with installation and reached out on WhatsApp. Immediate response and guidance on set up. I have used eSIM in Australia the US and now Canada. Very happy with service

Their service people responded immediately. They fixed the problem and suggested to reinstall the eSIM . They reimbursed the cost of the previous installation

After the premature purchase of the eSim card, and its self-activation :) even though the card was not used, I successfully contacted support and the funds were returned. Thanks again
