Thanks for that. Balancing cost against what it delivers is something we work at. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Numbers already exist as a separate product at esim.dog/numbers, closer than it might look. An app is a different matter, and it's worth keeping in view. For now, the usage page in your browser holds that information. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Ports like the one you're describing make a plastic SIM genuinely hard to get hold of, and that's the kind of gap we'd like to close. Good to hear it held true in Lebanon specifically. Your friends at eSIM.dog

Hi there, We reviewed your case and your full conversation with our support team, and we’re sorry for the experience you had. On the speed: unlimited plans carry a daily high-speed allowance, and on this one it was half a gigabyte a day across eight days. Once a day's allowance is used, the connection keeps working at a reduced speed, which matches the pattern you describe of good mornings and slow afternoons. The allowance is part of the plan before purchase, and we recognise how easily it goes unnoticed on something sold as unlimited. The conversation itself is where we got it wrong. Our support raised the possibility of a refund, asked you for your receipt number, and then turned that refund down. Being asked for details and refused afterwards is worse than a clear answer at the start. We would like to make this right. We’ll contact you at the email address used to place the order so we can resolve the situation and address any remaining questions. Warm regards, Your friends at eSIM.dog

Worth flagging for others: Switzerland sits outside a few Europe plans that otherwise look the same on paper, so checking the country list before buying is the safer move. Your friends at eSIM.dog

You shouldn't have to dig through your inbox every time just to find the usage link. That's more searching than it should take, and exactly the kind of friction worth chasing down. Your friends at eSIM.dog

A full month with no complaints is what we're hoping becomes the default, not the exception. Your friends at eSIM.dog
