Dear C, We are sorry for the streaming trouble. Video playback is often influenced by local carrier bandwidth allocation, regional signal coverage, or environmental interference. Please contact our 24/7 support team with your current location so our technical team can help optimize your connection and switch you to a stronger local network route. Best Regards, Josh
Esim card barely works and is slower than the courtesy service from t mobile.

Dear PK, We understand how frustrating slow connectivity can be while traveling. Roaming speeds depend heavily on local base-station congestion, regional coverage, and automatic carrier selection. Please try toggling Airplane Mode or manually selecting another partner network in your cellular settings. Kindly share your order details with [email protected], we are eager to investigate this situation and help optimize your connection right away. Best Regards, Josh
Booked, paid, and they delivered brilliantly. That’s how it should be.

This is the second Aero eSIM I bought under the name of travSIM. Since I have't activated this one yet, the review focuses on the previous, identical one I bought and used couple of months ago. Firstly, from the 6GB I paid for only 2GB was installed. As a matter of fact, the card came in good condition, attached to a piece of paper specifying nothing about the card (e.g. GB capacity, duration of use) other than the activation steps. Secondly, the activation was straight forward and the card functioned with no issues in London UK and throughout Romania. Even the 2 GB were sufficient for our needs (phone calls, surfing internet occasionally, and some GPS navigation). Thirdly, if the new card will install less GB than the specified 6GB I bought, I'll return with another review. However, I recommend travSIM/Aero esim to identify the characteristics of the card delivered in order to confirm that you received what you actually ordered.

Dear J.S. Thank you for your detailed feedback. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any order history under your name. If you could share your order number with our support team, we would be happy to double-check this for you. Additionally, if you are using an Android phone, this is simply a misunderstanding. The 2GB data limit you see is just a built-in default setting, and you can easily adjust or remove it in your phone settings. Over a thousand customers have run into this same issue. Android sets this limit to prevent unexpected data cutoffs or throttling, but we know it often causes confusion. Your purchased plan includes 6GB, and we definitely do not withhold or limit your data, so please rest assured. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the chance to clarify. Please feel free to contact our 24/7 customer support if you need anything else! Best Regards, Josh
When it works, it works well but it breaks A LOT. To contact them, you need wifi because it’s via WhatsApp and while they do respond, it takes forever sometimes. I would not use this service again. Do not trust their response. I bought the plan for 2GB per day so it should’ve never broken. It had issues from day 1 when I turned it on. My sister has had the same issues too.

Dear A.G., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the frustration you experienced. Upon checking with the supplier, we've got the usage history: 2026-08-05 12:28:46 - 2026-08-06 12:28:46 190.41MB 2026-08-06 12:30:22 - 2026-08-07 12:30:22 1497.16MB(1.47 GB ) 2026-08-07 12:31:06 - 2026-08-08 12:31:06 811.88MB 2026-08-08 12:32:04 - 2026-08-09 12:32:04 359.20MB 2026-08-09 12:33:04 - 2026-08-10 12:33:04 741.13MB 2026-08-10 12:34:04 - 2026-08-11 12:34:04 1501.37MB(1.47 GB ) 2026-08-11 12:35:04 - 2026-08-12 12:35:04 1129.37MB(1.11 GB ) 2026-08-12 12:36:03 - 2026-08-13 12:36:03 2048.50MB(2.01 GB ) 2026-08-13 12:37:03 - 2026-08-14 12:37:03 1894.47MB(1.86 GB ) 2026-08-14 12:38:04 - 2026-08-15 12:38:04 2048.50MB(2.01 GB ) 2026-08-15 13:39:18 - 2026-08-16 13:39:18 2048.50MB(2.01 GB ) 2026-08-16 13:40:09 - 2026-08-17 13:40:09 2048.50MB(2.01 GB ) It looks like everything was running smoothly in the first few days, and it is evident that your data usage reached the plan limit of 2GB in the final days. Unfortunately, our support team is unable to add extra data beyond your selected plan to resolve this for you. For future trips, we recommend opting for a higher data allowance when purchasing from other providers, and we wish you all the best. Best Regards, Josh
