My banner was sized too big and my artwork was destroyed like it was an impression generated by AI. I ended up going to a local print shop instead. I’ll be doing that for the future.

I appreciated the feedback after submitting proofs, as well as the flexibility when requiring changes to the submissions. Both online and telephone support was very helpful! The quality of the items I received was excellent, and delivery was quick.

Express delivery arrived 4 days too late.

2 of the decals I ordered came out pixelated

When I submitted my logo, they called me and told me they could improve my resolution so it wouldn't be blurry. So I told them to to it. And it looks great.

Ordering was easy. The product looks great. The NOT great part was putting it on. I got a tear in it while trying to smooth out bubbles and one part of the sign seemed to not have adhesive on the back. I had to use crazy glue. It seems it could have been a bit thicker.
