Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and we completely understand how disappointing it must be to wait for a gift, especially for an important occasion like a birthday. We have checked your order and can confirm that your package is currently still in transit, and there was a new tracking update today. Please kindly note that all of our press-on nails are handmade after an order is placed, and the production time usually takes 2–5 business days. For US addresses, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipment. Based on the current status, your order is still within our promised delivery timeframe. We truly appreciate your patience while the package continues its journey. We will continue monitoring the tracking updates, and please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your support and we’re glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed many of our nail sets and found them to be beautiful and high quality. We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused. We would like to clarify that all Ersa Nails press-on nails are designed by our own designers, handcrafted by our professional nail artists, and carefully packed and shipped directly by our own team. We do not outsource our production or use third-party drop shipping. Each set of press-on nails is made with great care, and our nail artists dedicate significant time and effort to creating every piece. Since each set is handmade, there may occasionally be slight variations between different sets due to the individual craftsmanship. However, every order goes through our quality inspection process before being shipped to ensure it meets our standards. We truly appreciate your support and your previous purchases with us. We will continue to put more care and effort into creating high-quality press-on nails for our customers. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us via email. We’ll be more than happy to assist you and help address any issues.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the circumstances of this case to ensure that the situation is accurately represented. According to our delivery records, your order was delivered on September 12, 2026, but we did not receive your first report regarding the discoloration until October 7, 2026, nearly a month after delivery. As clearly stated in our published after-sales policy, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to report any potential manufacturing defects or quality issues so that our team can review the matter appropriately. Despite the report falling well outside this timeframe, we were still willing to consider an exception and explore a possible after-sales resolution. However, we requested clear photographic or video evidence showing that the discoloration was already present when the product was received. This request was necessary to help us determine whether the issue was attributable to a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, the requested evidence was not provided. When a product has been in a customer's possession and may have been used over an extended period, it is not possible for us to establish the original condition of the item or determine what factors may have contributed to the discoloration. Various factors, including application, removal, storage, wear, or exposure to certain chemicals, may potentially affect a product's appearance. Without sufficient evidence, it would be inappropriate to automatically classify the issue as a manufacturing defect. We understand that you are disappointed with the outcome. However, a request for a free replacement does not, by itself, establish that a product was defective upon arrival. Fair and responsible after-sales service requires us to assess each case based on the applicable policy and the evidence available, rather than automatically approving compensation when the cause of an issue cannot be verified. Our decision was not made simply because you reported discoloration, nor was assistance refused without consideration. We reviewed the circumstances, explained the limitations of assessing an issue reported nearly a month after delivery, and offered to consider an exception despite the expired reporting window. Unfortunately, without the necessary evidence, we were unable to verify a manufacturing defect or authorize a free replacement. We remain committed to treating our customers fairly and providing assistance in accordance with our published policies. We appreciate feedback from our customers, but we must also apply reasonable and consistent standards when evaluating quality claims.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify the status of both orders based on the shipping timeline clearly stated in our Shipping Policy. Every Ersa nail set is uniquely tailored just for you. Our made-to-order approach allows our artists to create each set specifically for the customer while also reducing unnecessary waste. For this reason, please allow 2–5 business days for our artists to complete the production of each set before it is dispatched. For order #90108, placed on September 3, 2026, the tracking number is GFFR26250183882866, and the carrier is GOFO France. The latest tracking information shows: “Your package has arrived at the GOFO regional office of destination.” This confirms that the package has already entered the carrier’s destination-region network and is progressing normally through transit. There is no indication from the tracking information that the package is being held or experiencing an abnormal delay. For order #90770, placed on September 11, 2026, the order is still within the stated 2–5 business day production period. As this order was placed only recently, it is not yet expected to have completed production and entered transit. For orders shipped to France, our Shipping Policy clearly states an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days after dispatch. Please also note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. The production and shipping timelines above are publicly available on our website and are provided to customers before placing an order. We completely understand that you would like to receive your products as soon as possible, and we want to reassure you that neither order is being cancelled or refunded. Both orders are being handled according to the normal production and shipping process. We kindly ask that customers review our Shipping Policy before placing an order so that the full production and transit timelines are clear. Based on the current tracking information and the dates these orders were placed, both orders remain within the stated 2–5 business day production period and 5–10 business day transit timeframe, as applicable. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
