My husband had to saw off a piece of it because it wouldn't fit otherwise on a standard desk. Other than that, I love it.

Items were as ordered and shipped on time, so from a practical standpoint all went well. However, vender does not have a reliable data feed from manufacturer so did not receive the ship notice until 4 days after it shipped, and thus I did not receive any notice. If you have to be there to sign this could be an issue.

I don't have thumb pain anymore - I am still healing it from past abuses, but it's almost all better now, and I've only had it for a week or two. I did have to get the Medium even though I measure for a Small. I don't like bending my fingers over too far. This and my ergonomic keyboard have helped me immensely. You do have to get used to it and moving it with your forearm mostly instead of your wrist(which you can still use at times).

I ordered a keyboard tray and it arrived as specified, but missing a rubber bumper. I had an extra one from a previous order so I it averaged out okay.
