Did not find out about product shipment off the web site. Mike sent me an email that it had shipped and has been in communication with me regarding my order. I received the order to today. The shipping time is the only reason i gave it 4 stars. Mike was good about ensuring my experience was adequate.

I purchased the Handshoe mouse through ErgoExperts. The mouse was defective due to having some sort of electronic issue where it kept shutting off and needed resetting. Once I notified them of the issue, they put me in touch directly with the Handshoe company who trouble-shooted my problems and eventually sent me a new mouse. I cannot attest to ErgoExperts in how they work with returns of products neither can I vouch for anything else outside of this first experience of mine buying through them.

Very easy to install. Good quality.

Got good, but slightly incomplete, advice from Mike at Ergo Experts. Happy with my keyboard tray, but I'll need to move it (uninstall and reinstall) before it's "perfect." Mike was also very responsive and accurate when I mistakenly thought that my tray was defective. Tray arrived promptly and in good condition.

They weren't able to expedite shipping because they were drop shipping.

The website indicated the product was available and would ship within 24 hours. I received an email stating the product was shipped today. The order was placed on 8/11/15
