Inconsistent communication about the job schedule. Last minute notice regarding scheduling & no heads up for needing an English translator. The worker did good work. I would say Ergeon could have done better.

Arrived on time and went straight to work. Very friendly and explained any questions that I had. Started work at 8am and stayed until they were finished.

First and most importantly the fence came out looking great. I also was very impressed how you kept me up-to-date on the project status, made it easy to schedule and then reschedule (due to other contractor delays). The fact that your team handled the pulling the permits with the Township stood out from other competitors.
