Very professional and quick to respond to consumer threats. We are moving to another residence, and our home was put on MLS. I didn't tell Equity protect and within 24 hours I had notification and follow up. Nice to know 'they' ate looking after you.

When I began getting myself set up with EquityProtect online, I encountered several glitches causing a lengthy delay to proceed before finally getting all completed. Now, long story short: Today, I called EquityProtect in response to the post card I received via U.S. Mail two days ago instructing me to go into equityprotect.com, login, and enter the security token number to complete the authentication process. I tried numerous times and the website would not allow me to even login to my account. I called for support and was connected to a gentleman name Lance. He was amazingly patient with me (76 yrs old man/totally not techie) but he spent a lengthy amount of time with me and made me secure about working with EquityProtect. After we completed our conversation and closed the phone call. I thought of something he mentioned in the conversation that inspired me to try going back into the website using Chrome rather than Firefox. I went into Chrome and immediately, everything started working and from start to finish, it was all GOOD, working perfectly! Lance is amazingly patient with people like me, he clearly is top-notch knowledgeable in what he does, and simply deserves all the kudos that apply to his profession. I am now very confident that I have made a very good decision to connect with EquityProtect.
