I have never received my shipment.

Is this a joke?! I still don’t have the product I ordered. I don’t even want to give you one star!!

Did not receive item. Communication however was consistent and a refund was eventually issued. Something went wrong with their dropshipping contract I would say.

Never received my Equirelief Massager, asked for a refund. They wrote me back via email and said it would be in my account within 3-5 business days…. In Jan 2026…Nada…… had to escalate with PayPal. Got my refund approved through PayPal, today March 21 2026 .Don’t waste your time or money, this site feels fraudy.

They are a con. 4 months nothing, they are a Chinese concern not uk. They said twice via a automated service you have 3 options 3 being full refund. Select this and they say refund made you will have it in 7 days even though no details taken. Then 4 weeks later and a third enquiry and this time the automated reply says its on its way another 6 weeks later nothing. Temu and Amazon have the same machines 1/3 the price, any good??? but at least you will get them.

Zero instructions w/the device. Contacted Ashley-she responded on a Sunday-sent useful instructions on a Monday. Key point I was missing-the device will not work plugged in. Makes safety sense but as I have used other devices on my horse-running an electrical cord-thought that applied here too. Not. TY Ashley!

Great little massage unit at a great price, my horse enjoys his relaxing Equirelief sessions & I use it on my shoulders & back as well. Super easy to use.
