Hi Catherine, we’re truly sorry to hear this. We want to clarify a few things in regards to your experience with us: • At the time your order was placed, it was clearly communicated that this item required extended processing time due to being imported from Europe • Throughout the entire wait, our team stayed in close contact with you, providing text message updates on a frequent basis during international shipping delays on the import. Unfortunately, overseas shipping delays are outside of our control. • We offered full refunds, order cancellations, and in-stock alternatives multiple times, as well as a free $20 credit towards express shipping so you could receive your order even faster. • In our final effort to make things right, we even offered for you to keep the item plus receive a 20% refund, simply because your satisfaction mattered the most to us. We are a small business, and we genuinely did everything within our power to turn this into a positive experience for you. While we’re saddened that we couldn’t meet your expectations despite these efforts, we appreciate the opportunity to share our side for transparency. — Equiluxe Tack Team
