Hi Alexander. If you've ordered on our website and had an actual bad experience with our product, please email us so we can explore options to compensate you. Your false claim remarks is something that we need review and address from our end as we're confident that it is a "Real Deal". You can see other reviews here in TrustPilot which has the 'Verified' label that prove the quality and legitimacy of our product and service. Unless we made a mistake on our part on sending you poor quality stuff orrrr.. you don't trust TrustPilot.
