I love my beautifully designed bulbs, and bass . They are nicer in person than on the website . They are super bright, which I really like. it makes all of the colors pop. I wish other items on EP‘S Website weren’t sold out. I would like to buy other items like the square desk lamp. i’m very happy with my purchase.

On multiple sites and multiple prices. Ask for a parcel refund due to finding it 10.00 cheaper the day after ordering it and didn’t get a reply at all. Lousy customer service. Most discouraging is the different prices on different web sites for me. Also doesn’t state that you have to buy the base separately.

Accidentally, my husband and I both ordered lights from you for our son for Christmas. Each was different. Both were very well packed for shipping. We decided to let our son choose which one he wanted to keep. He loved them both and is keeping one for his home and one for his office at work.
