Hi Eli, Our apologies, there has been a long delay. We are looking into an estimated ship date and will call you directly with a response. Sorry to hear our emails are not going through, please check your spam box for the last email we sent was on Oct 15th at 10:37 am. Thank you!
It is hard for me to rate the product when I have not received it in over 2 months. I ordered two 12 x 24 monitoring manhole covers on 8/1/21 and the website did not indicate any manufacturing delays, so I though they were in stock. After many Emails and phone calls, I finally called and got a hold of a human who promised a shipping date of 9/30/21. Well that was a week ago and I need to get my project done. Even if this product shows up great and it was a good price, I do not think I would change my rating. The website was misleading and the customer service has been poor, with no follow up or updates.

Thank you so much for the review!
There's nothing worse than having to touch a dirty sewer. These caps should be mandatory in all sewer holes! Shipped fast & easy to install.

Well said, thank you so much for the review!
6 in. Torquer Locking Well Plug is cheap and poorly designed... Beware that if you don't add a spring clip or other method of securing the threaded wing bolt at the end it can be turned too far and most of the parts will be at the bottom of your well... Description says most locks will fit when I have yet to find a lock that can... Even if you could find one a hammer blow to the soft orange plastic would break the weak mount for the lock any way... I needed this for a well on my property 50 mi. away... Hope a small animal or child is not injured...

Hi John, Thank you for the review. Sorry to hear you are had a bad experience and the plug did not work for you. Thank you,
I bought and paid for an RV sewer lock - it never arrived. I know it was refused by UPS. I called Enviro, and left a message. There was no response. In response to this commentary, I am told that a refund has been issued to my credit card. Just looked at that account...no credit yet. This is a weird way to conduct customer service.
