Company quick to process order and deliver. I ordered wrong size and request a return authorization. Sent product back next day with tracking number and I am still waiting 3 weeks later for my credit. The final product that I did reorder was wonderful.

Product great. Speed I. Delivery great. Only problem was it got shipped to an address 45 minute's away. To a guy with the last name of our company. Clearly a different shipping label was placed over the correct shipping label.probably the shipper did that. He opened the box. Found my phone # and called me. I picked it up & had lunch on the way home so it wasn't to bad.

Great product as described but shipping took forever to process and to finally ship it to me.

The bright orange, foot operated sewer caps are ideal for our RV park hookups. They are quite durable and can handle just about any abuse short of being run over. By next season we will have bright yellow concrete piers in front of our sewer hookups. I am in Alaska. I just wish venders in the "contiguous" 48 states realized how easy and affordable it is to mail stuff to Alaska. Flat rate boxes are the same price to Alaska as to anywhere else in the USA.

response to email inquiry was prompt and service excellent. A little bummed they didn't have parts available for specific cap we wanted but short notice request so some of that's on me. In the end always good service.
