Enviro Design ProductsReviews of envirodesignproducts.com

With enviro design I received helpful friendly service not to mention the package arrived in a few days.

Had what we needed, and the purchase was easy. Order was delivered within a week.

I understand it was the holiday season when ordered, but only 1 of the 2 pieces ordered showed up, no emails or tracking info. I am looking for an update currently.

I placed this order with the specific direction that we needed the product by a certain date. The product did not arrive on the date that we had to have it and I was given no heads up that it would be late. I also was not provided a tracking number until I called asking why we had not received the product yet. This is very disappointing and bad communication.

Amazing service! Cosette was super friendly and helpful - thank you!

I have not yet received the products I ordered, but I placed the order just about a month ago. I called two weeks ago asking about the status of my order when I was told they will speak to the manufacturing/shipping department to inquire about the status and get back to me. I was never contacted again and only found out the status of my order by calling multiple times after. Come to find out one of the products was on back order. I was not informed of this at all, and it would have been VERY appreciated to be told about that. I would have found another source to place my order. Waiting a month to get my products shipped out with no communication about it taking that long was disappointing to say the least.

Easy site to navigate and found product I was looking for at an acceptable price.

Great product... Fast shipping. Worked out wonderfully for my project.
